How we sell: set-to-set, twelve sets a design
Kanya Creation is a manufacturer selling strictly to the trade. These are the terms every order runs on. They are short because the business is simple: we make the goods, you buy them set-to-set by the dozen, and the rate is agreed in writing before anything is cut. If you are looking for single pieces or a non-catalog lot, we are not the right supplier — and it is better you know that on this page than after three messages.

Set-to-set, and what that rules out
We sell set-to-set: twelve sets of a design, mixed colours inside the design if you want them. We do not sell single pieces, we do not break a catalogue, and we do not sell to end customers. In this market that is a real distinction — plenty of houses run a single-piece or non-catalog counter alongside the wholesale one. We do not, and the reason is on the processes page: the handwork, the shade matching and the cutting are ours, and twelve is the smallest run that comes off that floor as one consistent consignment.
If you need single pieces, you want a different kind of supplier and you will be happier with one. If you buy by the dozen and you want the unit that actually cut the lot, that is us.
Who we sell to
Wholesale and B2B only. We supply wholesalers, distributors and retail counters. We do not sell single pieces and we do not sell to end customers. Because of that, a first order needs a visiting card or a GST number so we know we are selling to a trade buyer. Existing buyers are not asked again.
Minimum order
Twelve sets per design. Mixed colours within the same design are fine. A design cannot be split below twelve.
A first order from a new buyer is four designs, twelve pieces each — 48 pieces, and it is dispatched once the advance is received. After that first parcel you order the way every other buyer does.
Rates
No rate is published on this website, and none ever will be. A wholesale rate depends on the lot, the base fabric, the work and the season, so it is quoted to you on WhatsApp, in writing, against a named design — on the same thread as the photograph. A quote holds for the lot it was given against. Rates move; an old message is not a standing price list.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when the designs, the number of sets, the rate and the payment terms are agreed in that WhatsApp thread. Payment terms are agreed per buyer before we cut. A new buyer's first order is paid online in advance. A GST invoice is raised on every dispatch.
Dispatch
We dispatch across India from Ahmedabad. If the design is in ready stock, an existing buyer's lot goes out the same day; a new buyer's first order goes out once the advance is received. Transit time after that is the transporter's and we cannot guarantee it. Transport documents — LR and e-way bill — go to you on the same thread as the order.
Stock and availability
We do not publish stock quantities on this site — not for any one design and not in total. How much is on our shelf is our own trading position, and it is told to a registered buyer on WhatsApp, the same way a rate is. A card marked “In stock” means pieces were on the shelf when this page was built; stock moves every day, so confirm availability on WhatsApp before you plan a shipment.
Photographs
The photographs on this site are of our own lots, shot on our own floor. Handwork and dye shades vary a little piece to piece — that is what handwork is. Screens also show colour differently. For a repeat order we match against the original lot's shade card rather than against a photograph.
Shortages and damage
Check the box against the invoice when it reaches you and tell us within seven days of delivery if a count is short or a piece is damaged, with photographs, on the design thread. We settle genuine shortages and manufacturing defects. We cannot take back goods that have been cut, washed, sold on, or returned simply because they did not sell.

These terms
These terms apply to sales made by the firm trading as Kanya Creation, registered as KANYA CREATION, GSTIN 24AMLPG6314Q1ZP, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and are governed by Indian law, with Ahmedabad jurisdiction. If we change them we change the date at the top of this page. Anything specifically agreed with you in writing on your order thread takes precedence over this page.
